Now the Whole Family Can Ski

Avoid the tedious queues for ski passes by getting them when you book your trip. The goal is for your itinerary to be as simple as “sleep, eat, ski” – for the whole family.

Club Med caters for family trips, couple’s holidays, single getaways or a holiday just for you and a friend. Whether you are an amateur, slightly experienced or a hot-shot expert, Club Med will accommodate your specific ski level and goals. It’s really that simple. A few ski or snowboard lessons will take you from the blue slopes to the black slopes in no time.

Worried that your children may be too young? It’s never too early to learn the skills of the slopes. Classes are available for kids between the ages of 3 and 17 at select resorts. Watch out parents, your children could soon be whizzing past you on the slopes with their newly found courage and expertise!

Here are a couple of our family-friendly ski resorts.

Club Med Grand Massif Samoens Morillon

Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon

One of our newer resorts, Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon is located in the French Alps, just over an hour’s drive from Geneva Airport. It offers a ski-in ski-out experience, which means you step out of the door and onto the slopes. No need to walk anywhere or catch a bus or a shuttle. It’s all right there. After a day spent skiing or snowboarding, relax with the kids next to the indoor pool, or head to one of the resort’s fun-themed, all-inclusive family restaurants.

The Grand Massif region is well known for its breath-taking scenery and natural beauty. The views from anywhere in the resort are nothing short of spectacular. And if the views are not enough to help with relaxation, there’s always the Club Med Spa by CARITA to help get rid of whatever post-ski muscle stress you might experience after a day on the slopes.

Club Med Cervinia

Cervinia

Situated in the Italian Alps, in the Cervinia-Valtournenche-Zermatt ski region, this resort offers 360km’s of slopes, ranging from green to red runs, as well as three snow parks. This is where you’ll find some of the highest pistes in Europe. Cervinia itself is 2 050 metres above sea level.

With its original decor and authentic materials, Cervinia is a luxurious mountain refuge in a cosy, convivial setting. Kids of all ages and abilities on the slopes are welcome! Specialist instructors know just how to get the little ones skiing with confidence.

Valmorel

In the heart of the Massif de la Tarentaise, Valmorel lies at the edge of the forest and sits at an altitude of 1,460 metres. With snow shoe walks, Nordic walking, sledding and a whole host of other activities for you to indulge in post-ski, Club Med Valmorel has something for everyone.
For those who want to combine privacy, privileged, customised service and luxury comfort with the warm and friendly Club Med spirit, Le Lodge (the exclusive 5Ψ Luxury Space within the 4Ψ Valmorel Resort) is for you.

Our Baby Club Med® (for babies from 4 to 23 months), Petit Club Med® (for 2 to 3 year olds) and Mini Club Med® (for 4 to 10 year olds) will ensure that your little ones are well looked after while you enjoy the daily ski sessions.
